Head of School Search Committee Update

On behalf of the Board of Trustees Head of School Search Committee, we would like to invite you to participate in a brief survey designed to capture the essence of our school culture. This is the second of two surveys created to seek your input and ensure our search is reflective of the views of our St. Margaret’s community. We will use the results of this diagnostic as part of our assessment of potential candidates' fit with our community. While the survey is oriented toward employees of an organization, please answer the questions using your personal perspective as a current parent, a student, or as alumni. 

The survey will be open for one week from January 20 through January 27.

Spencer Stuart, our external search consulting firm, is administering the survey and processing the results. Your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and, to ensure anonymity, your input will be combined with other responses and summarized in a general report.
