Help Line Calls

The SMES Help Line has received 1,195 requests since the beginning of the school year. That averages over 44 calls per week, including school breaks. We appreciate those of you who help us out by performing a simple diagnostic ABC on your equipment before you call or write: Always check to make sure your username, password (case sensitive) and domain name (stmarg in most cases) is entered correctly; Be sure to restart, not re-log on to, your computer or printer or both; and Check your cords to make sure they are plugged in securely. Please resist the temptation to call a tech directly; use our Help phone (ext. 697) or Help e-mail (type “help” in the “To” space).
