Sorting your email messages:

Email programs typically list the messages in your inbox and other mail folders chronologically. However, you can sort your messages in a different order with a simple mouse click. This is useful, for example, if you want to display all the messages from a particular sender together, or if you want to group messages that share a common subject line. To sort messages in a mailbox, click any one of the column headings located at the top of the message list. Column headings are the gray bars labeled "From," "Subject," "Received,". Notice small arrows in your column headings when you click them. These arrows indicate whether your messages are sorted in ascending or descending order. To switch between these two modes, simply click the column heading again.

Are you protected?  If your computer has not been updated to TrendMicro Officescan, please advise the Helpline.  You can tell if your computer has been updated by the rectangular TrendOffice logo which appears after logon.  If your computer is still equipped with McAfee, you will see the McAfee shield before logon.

Virus updates - Updates occur each time you log onto the network.  Please be sure to log on at least once each day.  (You should always log off the night before.)

Back-Up-You've heard this before:    The files you save on the network drives (not C: or D:) are backed up each night. To do this, however, the files must be closed.  Please close your files before leaving  each day.  (Then you can log off, getting ready to log on the next morning….)
