St. Margaret’s to Host Princeton University Men’s Volleyball Practices

The Princeton Tigers men's volleyball team will practice in Pasternack Field House over Christmas break.
St. Margaret's will host Princeton University men's volleyball team as the Tigers embark on a west coast trip before participating in University of Hawaii's Outrigger Tournament on January 5-7. Matt Nicholas, St. Margaret's Class of 2015, is a current sophomore at Princeton and an opposite attacker on the men's volleyball team.

Princeton competes in NCAA Division I and the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association. The Tigers have an all-time record of 228-112 with one NCAA Final Four appearance in 1998.

At St. Margaret's, Matt Nicholas was a three-time All-CIF honoree and two-time Orange County Register Volleyball Player of the Week.

Princeton will practice at St. Margaret's on Friday, December 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, December 31 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. All practices are open to St. Margaret's families.

St. Margaret's has a tradition of hosting traveling athletics programs, with the University of Notre Dame men's lacrosse team visiting in the spring of 2016 and the USA women's volleyball team in the fall of 2013.
