As a professional learning community (Dufour) we take pride in offering our faculty the opportunity for continuous professional growth. Our program is crafted to meet the needs of our faculty who like our students learn in multiple ways. Faculty grow professionally through collaboration on PLC teams, by attending conferences, taking on-line education courses, and engaging in the teacher observation process.
