All Middle School students are
required to take a minimum of two quarters of Studio Art with
Mrs. Harlan. In 6th or 7th grade each
student takes an Art Appreciation class. In 7th and
8th grade, students have an opportunity to select
from an exciting selection of art electives such as Drawing,
Drawing from the Figure, Painting, Printmaking, and Clay Masks.
Emphasis is placed on creative expression and an understanding
of basic art elements and principles. |
