In the admission process there are student
responsibilities and college counselor responsibilities as they
relate to completing your application process:
Student
responsibilities
Ø
Meeting all deadlines as stated by your college
counselor and admission offices.
Ø
Completing all aspects of standardized testing
from registering and taking the SAT I, SAT II, ACT exams to
submitting all test scores to the universities to which you will
apply.
Ø
Completing and sending in all parts of the
university applications that require completion from you such
as: application fee, essays, activities résumé and letters of
recommendation.
Ø
Releasing and sending all SAT II test scores
withheld through score choice.
Ø
Sending all SAT I/ACT scores to the colleges to
which you apply.
College
Counselor responsibilities
With each application you submit, the
following will be sent by the college counselor:
Ø
St. Margaret’s transcript
Ø
St. Margaret’s Profile
Ø
Completed SSRs from universities that require them
Ø
A letter of recommendation
Ø
Courses in progress
Please note: We DO NOT send any SAT/ACT
test scores. It is your responsibility to do so!
