- Most Problems are caused by moving the presentation to another computer
and not being able to access the
video file. That is because if
the video file on your desktop and not on the other computer
desktop. When inserting the video
file you need to tell it to look and a cd or a folder that is accessible
by the other computer. An example
would be M:\2009\Oops

- Another problem would be that your and the other peoples computer have
different versions to the program used to view the file (such as Media
Player or QuickTime) Always be source that your and the other person
computer have the latest version of the program.

- Click on “Auto Shapes” at the bottom of the toolbar.
- Put your mouse over “Action Buttons”
- Click on a button of your choice
- Click and drag to size the button on your slide
- Click on “Run Program” on the pop up.
- Click on browse, change “File of Type” from “Programs” to “All Files”
and locate you video file
