Knitting Together Preschool Faculty

Do you like to knit?  Or would LIKE to know how to knit? Won’t you consider joining us on Monday mornings in the PS Lobby for knitting time?  We’ll have ‘fellowship and a purpose’— knitting for charity—and having a lot of fun at the same time. Women from all SMES divisions welcome—feel free to bring a friend who is NOT a SMES mom, too.

Knitting has grown in popularity again in the last several years because it is relaxing, provides a creative outlet and a feeling of accomplishment. Many argue that the repetitive movements of knitting activate the same areas in the brain as meditation and yoga, which have been shown to help prevent pain and depression. So, come join us on Monday mornings in the preschool!
